A Corer Web Site is a real html web site. It's not"locked away" so you can't get to it. You have all the maintenance options available to even the most expensive web sites.

	Who Can Make Changes to Your Web Site? (Option 1: You or someone your choose.)
	Upon completion & payment of your site, we provide you with the login and password to your site. You’re NOT locked out of your own site (as you are with so many automated web sites). A Core web site is a standard html site that uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to control much of its formatting, so anyone who knows html and CSS should be able to make changes to your site.

	Who Can Make Changes to Your Web Site? (Option 2: Feely & Associates - that's "us".)
	We will know your site well and can probably make changes much faster and easier than you or others. So we think this is a wise option, but the choice is yours. Here’s our hourly rate.

	Choose the best maintenance option when the need arises.
	No contracts. No long-term commitments. We try to make everything as easy as possible so we don't ask for any maintenance contracts or long-term commitments. When you want to make a change to your web site, you can decide then whether you want us to do the work or someone else of your choosing.
